HelpBreeze Product Updates

These updates are"patches" which will install only if you already have a registered version of HelpBreeze on your computer.

HelpBreeze 3.0a for Word 2003, Word 2002 (Office XP) and Word 2000

Please download this important update if you are using Word 2000 or later. This update is not required for Word 97 users.

Version 2.0 Updates

These are the final updates for HelpBreeze 2.0. Version 2.0 does not support Word 2000 or later. You must upgrade to HelpBreeze 3.0 to use versions of MS Word beyond 97.

HelpBreeze 2.0g for Word 97

Word 97 support for HelpBreeze 2.0 is now available! In order to install this FREE update you must first install both HelpBreeze 2.0 and Word 97.

Before upgrading to Word 97 please be aware of the following:

Word 97 writes RTF files in a different format from previous versions of Word. One result of this is that ALL embedded Word graphics will cause the Windows 3.1 help compiler to fail. By embedded Word graphics, we mean pictures inserted using the Edit | Paste command or the Insert | Picture command--NOT the HelpBreeze Insert Graphic command. If you are in the middle of a time-critical project and you have used embedded graphics, you may wish to delay upgrading to Word 97.
This update includes an updated version of the Microsoft Help Workshop (v. 4.03) which is designed to work with Word 97.
Version 2.0g adds support for several additional localized versions of MS Word 97. This software will work with English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Dutch, Portugese, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish Word 97.

HelpBreeze 2.0f for Word 95 (Version 7.0)

The HelpBreeze 2.0f Update includes fixes for a number of small problems which have come up since the initial release of HelpBreeze 2.0--as well as a few enhancements. Version 2.03 also includes improved compatibility with Windows NT 4.0 and support for the Italian and Swedish localized versions of Microsoft Word.
